Through physical training,
Unleashing people's potential.
There is a basic piano method book called "Hanon." It is a collection of exercises designed to train the ten fingers to move freely and precisely according to the musical score. It is a book that requires patience, perseverance, and repeated practice. In piano training, just like with "Hanon," fundamental knowledge of the body and the ability to control it are extremely important.
For example, if you go to a running, golf school, or yoga class, they will teach you techniques. However, in order to translate those valuable techniques into results, it is essential that you possess the necessary flexibility and physical ability to control your movements.
Furthermore, each person has their own unique physical habits and individual characteristics.
There may be points that are easily overlooked in group lessons alone. Even if the movements appear correct at first glance, they may not be targeting the intended area. Sometimes, the surface awareness and the internal awareness are different. If you understand what kind of body you have and what habits you have, you will be able to make the knowledge you learn your own wherever you go.
Let's revisit the ways of using our bodies and the fundamental movements that we weren't taught in physical education, and practice repeatedly until we can do what we "can't do." Let's thoroughly explore our own bones, muscles, posture, movements, and reactions—things we didn't know about before. Before imagining an ideal version of ourselves, let's accept ourselves as we are now. What we "can't do" is our potential for growth.
That's a possibility. I promise that your possibilities will expand beyond that point.
